It is the result of the vinification of pure Perricone grapes.

The Perricone vine, producing an indigenous Sicilian variety, has ancient roots but

for various reasons its cultivation has been abandoned and many have dedicated themselves to

international vines that more easily found favor with the public. We have

decided to resume the cultivation of this plant which produces spicy wines that

they recall the scent of red fruits, cherries, soft and fresh wines.
